From DC we have an amazing new series featuring some of our favorite DC ladies! Harley Quinn & Poison Ivy is an all new mini-series set after the Heroes in Crisis event, where they will unpack their time at Sanctuary and explore their friendship and relationship! Written by rockstar Jody Houser (Doctor Who, Stranger Things, Star Trek: Year Five), this promises to be a page turner that we can't wait to get our hands on!
Also from DC we have the introduction to the new Legion of Super Heroes series! Legion of Super Heroes: Millenium connects all of the future timelines in the DC Universe, and features a story that spans the course of over 1,000 years! As this mysterious woman learns to cope with her new immortality, she must work to find her purpose in this ever changing world! Rumor has it Supergirl will be President, and that is a future that we look forward too!
For graphic novels this week we are incredibly excited for The Okay Witch to come out on Wednesday! In this all new all-ages graphic novel, Moth Hush, our thirteen-year-old protagonist, suddenly acquires magical powers, she must figure out how to control them before her life spirals out of control!
If you too love all things witchy, then you'll be excited to hear that there is a second magical all ages graphic novel coming this week. Witchy by Ariel Ries follows young Nyneve who lives in a world where the length of your hair determines your magical prowess, but if your hair is too long then you're deemed an enemy. Nyneve has been hiding her long locks as best she can, but now it's time to run.
